Terms of use

These terms apply to the Booty Clicker game and to bootyclicker.app, both run by Little Clicks Studios. By playing the game or using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

A free game

Booty Clicker is free to play. There are no purchases, subscriptions or adverts. In-game booty, buildings and other items have no real-world value and can't be bought, sold or exchanged for money.

Your progress

Your save is stored on your own device. We can't see, restore or transfer it, and we aren't responsible if it is lost, for example when browser data is cleared. Please use the in-game export to keep backups. We may change game balance, content or features in updates, which can affect existing saves.

Fair play

When using the game, the site, our leaderboards or our community spaces, please don't:

• attack, overload or try to break into our services, or interfere with other players;
• submit false scores or tamper with leaderboard data;
• use offensive, hateful or impersonating display names, or send abusive messages;
• use the contact form to send spam or advertising.

We may remove content or leaderboard entries, or block access, if these rules are broken.

Ownership

The game, its artwork, music, text and code belong to Little Clicks Studios or its licensors. You're welcome to share screenshots and videos of your own play. Please don't copy, resell or redistribute the game itself.

Availability and liability

We provide the game and website “as is” and can't promise they will always be available or free of bugs. We may change or stop offering them at any time. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that can't be excluded, or our liability where it can't legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
